The reason we make our jewelry is to make you happy, so we always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn items within 10 days. Please email email@example.com for a return authorization number. Please pack your return in its original box and use a padded mailer for shipping. Jamison Rae Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit. After the return is processed, the card used for purchase will be credited for the merchandise amount.
Did someone buy you a gift from our website that just isn’t quite right? We will gladly offer you the option of exchanging your piece for another of equal or lesser value. If you would like an item of greater value, all you have to do is pay the difference.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on custom orders.
As much as we hope that our pieces will last forever, sometimes stuff happens. We want you to enjoy your Jamison Rae Jewelry for as long as possible. We offer repairs on craftsmanship errors free of charge for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. This does not include items that have been damaged due to owner negligence or misuse.
We are happy to offer repairs and replacements (for those times when you lose just one earring, etc.) at any time. The charge for repairs after 90 days will vary, so just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll calculate a cost for you.
If you lose one earring out of a pair, the charge to replace it is half the cost of the original pair. In rare instances we may be unable to replicate a piece because we may no longer have access to certain findings used to make the original. In these instances, we are happy to work with you to come up with a compromise.
